Anthony (van Tom Jones. )(Tony) Born in September 1946. A
native of the Black Country moved to Kent in 1971 with his family. In 1974 he
formed an Engineering business specialising in heavy plant removal, pipework
steel fabrication and machine shop engineering. He retired from that business
in 2001.
Outside work he has always been interested in outdoor pursuits i.e. Rugby
football, fell walking and all ball games. As his age restricted his playing
career so his involvement in Freemasonry has increased, with a particular
interest in the charitable side of the organisation, He has had total support
from his wife and three children concerning Freemasonry and was very proud to
be given the opportunity to initiate his son into the Stour Lodge in 2001.
