Finance

  • The Province already holds considerable assets to go some way towards funding these changes

  • The Province has already had an agreement with our Bank to provide a top-up mortgage, if needed, to provide any further funding required for this purchase

14
Business Plans

  • An early indication has already been given that the HLF is supportive of an application for funding to upgrade the Library and Museum

  • Budgets have been prepared linked to future Business Plans for the Provincial activities
15
Provincial Appeal
  • The Provincial Grand Master sent out an Appeal Letter to every member of the Province
  • Explanation of the benefits and reasons for these changes
  • Requesting all Members, Lodges and  Chapters to support this appeal in some way
  • Short term appeal before the 2014 Festival commences in 2008
16
The Provincial Appeal

  • The amounts received have been placed in a separate Building fund
  • To date, nearly £70,000 has been received
  • This means that a mortgage may not now be required to purchase the property, if we continue to receive such excellent support during the closing stages of the Appeal
  • Thank you all for your help!
17

  • Building will be completed by late August or early September 2008
