The Provincial Communications Board was established in 2012 to ensure an integrated approach to internal and external communications.
There are a number of communications channels available, including website, social media, printed magazine, external media and face-to-face events. If we are to engage positively and successfully with members and the public in equal measure, we must embrace each of those channels, traditional and modern, efficiently and effectively.
Internal communications between members and from the Provincial administration to the membership (and vice versa) are high on the agenda. Of equal importance are our communications with our local communities and the public at large to improve positive perception and encourage new members.
Effective communications are recognised as being absolutely vital to the health, wellbeing and future of Freemasonry and we accept that challenge with great enthusiasm here in the Masonic Province of East Kent.
